Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! Product returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are reviewed by management prior to any credit or exchange of product being issued. If a return is approved, the product(s) must be in its original state as they were on the day purchased/received, unopened, and include the gift with purchase when applicable. If a credit approval is issued for a return, shipping will be at your expense. Returns will not be accepted for Osmosis Wellness Supplements/Elixirs, empty containers, improper use of product instruction, expired products or buyers remorse. Returns that are accepted are valid within 7 days of purchase and for Face Design Center credit only.
